Jokes aside (and this guy deserves a lot of them) this is a very dangerous precedent already. Notice twitter didn't make any kind of counter-claim or try to deny this motion at all. They just rolled over and handed over the info. Imagine, having to defend yourself from a costly civil lawsuit, because of an animated gif? That is insane. I already use a burner email for twitter, but now I need to be using a VPN as well if somebody gets their panties in a wad? Or maybe just stay off twitter altogether..!
