People don't usually run during fire alarms, esp. if there isn't any obvious danger (smoke or fire actually visible). Most people treat it as a drill or a malfunction. In either case, people muster out front so perhaps that's when he struck.

The danger migrants bring with them is actually why leftists are eager to invite them in.

Specifically, leftists consider it a status booster to invite migrants in because it signals that they are not only Good People for inviting migrants, but are willing to accept the risk of terrorism too. More suffering = more moral purity.

I think it was Anonymous Bosch who said that the modern Castrated Class of leftism is a variant of the Victorian era, where people compete to express the most moral outrage and suffering to signal their Good Personhood.

Put differently, if migrants weren't dangerous, leftists wouldn't be so eager to invite them in.

The implication is that it's in the migrants' best interest to continue their terrorist attacks if their goal is to persuade leftists to invite more of them in.

The second they stop killing us is the second leftists stop caring about them.

Well no doubt some inconsistencies will be revealed in the next few hours and days. Something doesn't seem right.
Apparently students were warned of an active shooter, but who was behind the warning if no shots had been heard or reported.
Curiously there were already firefighters on the scene responding to a chlorine leak before the attack (this sounds familiar) and it's unclear when exactly the fire alarm went off or at what time firefighters arrived at the building. Apparently the fire alarm caused students to gather outside the building, thus becoming sitting ducks.

I won't jump to conclusions just yet.

When I lived in Columbus, I actually found The Lantern to be one of the most objective news sources around. They are students, of course, so they don't have their paychecks depending on what they write.

Columbus also has a very large population of Somali immigrants. I'm not sure what has motivated that. Estimates are about 45,000 in Ohio, with most of them in Columbus. It's especially interesting that people who are used to summer all year would settle in Ohio, which definitely has four seasons. Columbus is the about only growing city in Ohio, although much of that growth is just people moving from other towns in Ohio.
