On Thursday, go checked GRID. The huge space is very much wasted (almost empty on a Thursday night).
And also checked Secret Society (10min walk from GRID). Arrived around 2, it's closed by then.

and Thursday Party (next to Secret Society). It is fully occupied, a lot of foreigners. It is in a bar setting, not dance club setting. For a Thursday night, this is maybe the best spot. Try to open several sets, but do not get good feed backs.

Yeah stick to Thursday Parties on weeknights, been to that Seomyeon one at 8pm a couple Thurs nights and it was full of nice girls, no guys...I thought Fix or Grid mighta been ok on Thurs or Sunday nights (after midnight) but only been on Fri/Sat/hols. Fuzzy Navel is a similar settin to Thurs Party but not so tight, easier to approach.

Actually the little Fuzzy Navel at the Geumyeonsan end of Gwangalli beach is worth checking out of you'rein the area. Get a lot of tourists down from Seoul and for some reason they like that bar. I had a crazy time there on a Sunday night once.

Come to Seoul and check in Octagon on Friday night, around 12 o'clock. Man, the waiting line is so long. Girls dressing in such gorgeous as usual, high density of talents. Paid 30000 as ticket price..
Now this place is full of western people, I think many of girls have been approached by them a hundred of times.

Daegu trip report/mini-datasheet

Summary: 3 nights, 1 bang (club) - pic

Disclaimer: I am Korean(American) and speak near-fluent Korean

About Daegu~
Daegu is the 4th biggest city in Korea by population (Incheon is #3 but people probably think of Daegu more than Incheon). So I was curious to check it out. A few people on here have also said it is known for having hot girls. So I was more curious to check it out lol. The people here have an interesting accent (only relevant if you speak Korean) and I had once met a really smoking girl in Busan who was from Daegu. A lot of people were asking me why I came to Daegu – it’s not a place I would recommend for a short trip (just go to Seoul and maybe Busan), but if you have some time, why not.

Are Daegu girls hot/general thoughts/observations
I thought Daegu girls weren’t super hot or anything (subjective). Like average girl was comparable to the average girl you might see running around in Hongdae/Itaewon. That is, maybe on average a 6 or 7 with a few hotties. I can’t remember seeing many stunning girls (could probably count on 1 hand). I would definitely say girls in Gangnam are on average hotter and that there are more stunners there – probably because they have more money to get better plastic surgery, cosmetics, etc.

I noticed that girls and guys were a bit shorter (the girl I banged said she is taller than most guys at 172cm or ~5’8 and doesn’t wear heels for this reason). In Seoul, I feel average/slightly short at 175cm/5’9. In Daegu, I felt average/slightly tall

I felt like I was getting more passive IOI or eye contact just walking around. I remember the first night when I left my motel to head to the club area, some pretty hot girl (9 to me) eyefucked the hell out of me (was looking fly/wearing height insoles+boots ~182-3cm/6 ft) but I wasn’t in the talking mindset at all and I regretted not doing anything. She was also with her friend though but yea regret

There were very few foreigners in Daegu – at least in the area (Dongseong-no) I was in. I did not notice many foreigners with Korean girls. (Though there weren’t many foreigners in general) If anything, the girl was at best a 5 or 6. Whereas in Seoul, I increasingly see foreigners with normal/desirable girls (but to be fair, these foreigners are usually decent to good looking as well as tall)

I did not notice as much active hunting or picking up going on. Like could probably count the number of times I saw people at a club trying to pick up (actually only noticed 1 time, but at the same time, it’s not like I was actively looking for that). In Seoul, the guys are crazy aggressive at the club but really didn’t see much of that in Daegu

Nightlife
I am not gonna talk about daygame because my trip was short and my impression is that “same day lay” is a bit more unrealistic vs. SNL and that daygame is a bit more time-consuming, but I don’t know since I haven’t really daygamed much. Online I think I swept on Tinder for a couple of days and ran out of people to swipe within a couple of days (doesn’t really happen in Seoul I think). Nothing really there (some fat English teachers, etc.) but YMMV
I planned this trip just off a quick search of clubs in the area and Dongseong-ro/that area seems to be the only real going out area in Daegu. (+that is what people told me but maybe someone who has spent more time in Daegu can confirm)

Venues:
Search for Thursday Party and everything is basically on this strip or around it.

Thursday Party
Usually at least one of these in every Korean city. Notorious hunting ground for foreigners/girls who want foreigners. In Daegu, I could probably count the number of foreigners on one hand who were at this place. More Koreans. I didn’t really spend much time here except to peep the talent (if anything girls seemed to be in groups/I’m not good at gaming more than 1 girl)/get drinks with a girl (usually slightly cheaper than a club – I wanna say a Long Island Iced Tea was 6000 won)

Club AU
Foreigners banned (http://www.koreaobserver.com/korean-club...les-26021/) Get the impression it’s the hotspot/main famous club in Daegu similar to Octagon in Seoul. I got denied entry at first for being Korean-American (will explain in report below). Multi-level club – looks new-ish/fancy. As soon as you get in there is a small hip-hop room – most people just busy dancing. Next floor is main floor with your typical bullshit EDM music. Bar takes up a lot of room but long/square format perhaps good for meeting people. Tables more along the sides. Bathroom corridor very narrow. Next floor has railing overlooking the main floor so basically girls just dancing/wanting to be seen vs. approached. More of a table/VIP vibe but don’t need a VIP band to get in. Next floor is a nice rooftop area where there were seemingly no guys (I think when I went up girls were checking me out/were like woah, a guy). Like comfy couches for girls to sit, mirrors and shit so they can look at themselves for daze/do makeup and actually a small outdoor roof deck thing which is good for isolating. There are also outside tables you can reserve that look nice. Club didn’t seem to have many people/wasn’t as live as I expected on a Friday. Also ratios were like 70/30 male/female I’d say (seemed more of a m:f ratio than places in Seoul but not entirely sure) In general, Daegu clubs (only went to 2 though) didn’t seem to be as crowded as Seoul ones and the people didn’t seem to be having as much fun but to be fair, I’m usually more fucked up when I go out in Seoul so my perception might be off. (Things were more fun Saturday when I was possibly on Phenibut).





Second Hotel (not actually a hotel)
Similar to AU but a little less fancy. Big EDM type club. I went my second night in Daegu and enjoyed it more but I might’ve been on Phenibut/alcohol lol. They had a hip-hop room they opened at 3AM but I find those are not usually good for picking up (usually 99% dudes who like hip-hop/are dancing too rough and girls who don’t want to be bothered/like hip-hop). Fuck I just remembered I filled up two water bottles with Bacardi from people’s bottles at tables but left it at the motel. Layout is pretty open format with a dance floor and tables more towards the sides and some in the middle but generally a favorable layout for picking up. Bar is squareish/kinda big so you can meet people there. Decent corridors surrounding the bathroom area to go to/from the bathroom and walk along the back area of main floor (I like to creep around these areas to catch girls alone).

Night 1~

So out of curiosity, I decided to hit Daegu, South Korea – Daegu is like the third biggest city or something in Korea (after Seoul and Busan) and a few people have said that it is known for having “hot girls.”

I didn’t really plan much, as I was taking the train down, I just looked at what the hottest clubs were and basically planned my trip like where I was staying around the club/nightlife area lol

I saw an article about how the hottest club (or what seems to be) banned foreigners and was laughing about it/sent the article to a few people, which was bad karma/bit me in the ass later on (will explain)

So I get to Daegu and check into the motel I’m staying at. Got raped at 220k won total for the 3 nights (averages out to about 70k a night, which isn’t bad but like comparable to a hot area in Seoul, which I wasn’t expecting). I probably got scammed but to be fair, seemed like the only motel in the nightlife area (about a 5 min walk from the main strip where there is a Thursday Party and some clubs). Called For U motel – sign in Korean = 포유모텔.

I honestly can’t remember what I did from the time I checked in to until I went out lol but it doesn’t matter I guess (no girls involved). So I get ready to go out and am looking cool but not that cool cuz a lot of Korean guys wear what they call the “rider jacket” or just a leather jacket a motorcycle rider would wear. Also looking tall since I am wearing boots but also height inserts. I leave my motel and get eyefucked by a 9 on the street but am not in the game mindset. Oh well.

I get to the club (Club AU) and am denied entry because I am American (though obviously Korean and even speaking Korean to the bouncer). I try slipping him a 10k bill and he doesn’t take it. I’m pretty disappointed. But I go back to my motel and luckily have my Korean birth certificate thing that says I was born in Korea and bring it to the club. I still get denied but then I talk to the manager and he finally lets me in. But I don’t blame them. Most foreigners are idiots and just cause trouble – loud, obnoxious, rude, whiteboi wasted, etc.

I think I approach a few sets but the club isn’t that good yet. Want to say it’s like 12-12:30. I go outside and kill one of those little juice carton sojus/bring an extra one to the club in my jacket pocket. Worried that they’ll pat me down because I’m already on their radar (I normally don’t get patted down in Korea – you might if you’re foreign but not sure)

I don’t get patted down

I can only remember 2 sets really. One is a girl ~27 years old. Hot, plastic surgery, etc. Doesn’t seem down though.

I approach the girl I end up banging. I’d say 6/10 (will post pic below) maybe 7 or 8 if she had long hair (I don’t like this short hair BS a lot of Korean girls have)

So I got lucky. This girl interns as a teacher for expat kids. “Studied English” in NY for 1.5 years. Prob slooted it up. I mean she was very nice and shy and shit tho. Later on, she told me she had been drinking before but didn’t seem like it. Dressed pretty plain vs. club sloot. At that point tho, once things were going well, I didn’t bother with another because it was getting to be about 2:30 or 3 and I thought it was this or nothing since the girls didn’t seem that open.

We’re just talking and shit and she’s trying to talk to me in her broke ass English which is annoying (when having sex she kept saying “I’m sick” when she meant to say “it hurts” – can translate to both from Korean. Had to make sure no disease lol) I feel like I’m painting a picture of an annoying westernized girl but she wasn’t. Her friend comes and also works as a teacher. She is pretty chill and later texts my girl and asks whether she likes me or not and lets us be. At one point since it’s loud we talk by writing texts on her phone which is cute I guess. She types “you are so attractive” lol. She also made a comment on my fake height lol (height matters guys). I take her to the roof area and stuff for some privacy

I buy her a vodka cranberry, of which she drinks half. I kiss her (like very briefly) and she is surprised. Daegu seems overall more conservative than Seoul. Didn’t see anyone at all kissing or really getting picked up but might’ve just been that weekend.

Her friend leaves and I immediately start making the moves. I say let’s go to convenience store (I forget the excuse). We go and then I’m like – I gotta re-do my contact lens – it’s so dry (solution being in the motel of course lol). We go and I take out my lenses/are sitting on the bed. She seems uncomfortable but I guess really she just needed her bag. We go get her bag from the club and on the way back, we stop at Thursday Party since I think she could use a little more drank. I order 2 Long Island Iced Teas to get the show on the road (somewhat of a mistake). I take her back and she’s too fucked up lol. Anyway, after a little resistance, etc I finally stick it in but like it’s not good. She’s way too tight and saying it hurts, etc and makes me stop. Pretty wack. I jizz on her, she won’t even swallow or give me head and we pass out.

I wake up in the middle of the night and try to do one of my favorite things – “hit it in the morning” – I go in and same shit. She says it hurts. Lame so I just jizz on her and pass out

She went home at one point since she had insomnia/couldn’t fall asleep.

Did some tourist shit and met the girl from previous night again while also eating this famous Daegu food that I wasn’t a fan of (beef intestine like thing). Idk why I met her. She’s too introvert like me and kept asking me shit like do you like me, etc. She had broken up with her bf like 2 weeks ago and was hurt. I felt bad for cutting her off but I did it since I didn’t have an interest in seeing her again

Night 2~
Get ready to hit Second Hotel – which seems like another hot spot. Enjoyed the actual club experience/music more probably thanks to potential Phenibut use.

The parking lot of this place (downstairs there’s a fancy looking bar called Hot Gossip, too) was full of $$$ cars like lambos, mcclaren (isn’t that shit like a million dollars), Ferrari, etc. Looks money status boys!

I can remember 2 close calls (didn’t get laid this night).

This one girl – looked older maybe early 30’s or so not sure, straight up eye fucked the shit out of me so of course I holla’d at shorty. At the time she was like a dime but in retrospect an 8, maybe 9

She’s laughing about my opener, etc. I get to talking about my background and such. She’s with her friend who is hotter (shit lol). In retrospect, wish I had approached the friend – she looked like she wanted to be picked up. I saw her later getting picked up by some dude and them leaving together (who knows if he banged but yea – fuck!) Anyway, the friend gets gamed by the dude so I’m with this chick (who I think drove to Daegu from some other place). At one point, I say let’s go to the convenience store (I think for water). Then I try taking her to the motel (forget the excuse) but she won’t come and storms off. I see her later outside the club as she’s leaving and try to talk to her again but she looks pissed (maybe her friend ditched her or whatever to get the dick? Idk)

I get some late night food and run more “casual” / “natural” game (like talking and being social vs. my usual more direct style) on this late 20s girl there who’s like a 6 with makeup and invite her for a drink but she’s with her friend

Anyway, I don’t get laid that night but I’m not too worried about it

Day 3/Night 3
Do some tourist stuff. The ARC is a really cool-looking futuristic building similar to Dongdaemun Design Plaza. I describe it as a whale fused with a leather sofa:



I meet a girl for drinks that I banged in NY last year. Probably could have been more aggressive like went for a make out at the bar – was a point where she was close to me but in general she wasn’t down/I think it was different because we were in Korea in her hometown. She’s the type Koreans like, probably a 8 or 9 here but not necessarily my type (would still smash tho)

Conclusion:
Would I go to Daegu again? Probably not unless I had some time/money to kill. Did seem slower/more relaxed than Seoul which was nice and I did seem to get slightly more IOI but that could be just because I was spending more time outside (I usually only am in Seoul at night).

Ok so let me share my experience here.
Background: 5.7 Tall, German, but middle Eastern Looking. I'd say average looks, beset.

Came to Seoul for a 3 weeks trip. 3rd time here so I am a bit familiar with the scene.

Day 1 & 2 (Tuesday & Wednesday):
Went to a club in Gangnam that used to be called NB. Went there because I pulled there twice when I was in Seoul. Took me 2 nights to figure out that the club has closed and reopened as a Korean 90 Pop club. Girls here were not that good compared what you normally see in Gangnam. Got a few numbers,but English level was horrible and so was the music. Numbers didn't result in anything. Girls were very hard to approach.

Day 3:
Went to NB2 in Hongdae. Nice music, fair amount of prettt girls. Super hot girl looks at me, I go over and open. We talk for a while and she gives me her number. Didn't result in anything since she never replied. Too bad, she was easily a 9. Met a Vietnamese and a Russian dude with an absolut bottle. Easily approached 12 girls, but only rejections. Talked and exchanged numbers with a girl at the end, bad English, as expected never replied. Never gonna go there again.

Day 4:
Because of whiteknight advice I went to Octagon. Girls were amazing. One hotty was giving me eyes and I approach. Her English sucks but she is studying German. Her German sucks too. We exchange numbers but she is busy with exams so we can't meet up. Friends dragged her away, otherwise I think she would have been up to go home with me that night. Sucks. This time I am wearing a suit and notice that I get way more looks and better responses. However, all approaches fail. I go home empty handed. Girl quality was amazing here but hard to approach.

Day 5:
Meeting Kgirl I matched on tinder. She is touchy right from the start and holds my hand after we had dinner. She takes me to Itaewon. Holy fuck so many hot nurses and police girls, hotter than my girl, because of Halloween. Mine was a 7. Thought about leaving her and chasing others but I decided to go for the save pull. Kept drinking together and I notice she is getting too drunk. We start to make out heavily and I ask her to stop drinking since I don't want her to pass out. She orders more and passes the fuck out. Taking her to a very shady motel because all the good ones didn't have rooms anymore. We both pass out. Next morning we chill a bit, brush our teeth. Starting to make out again and scored eventually. Came way too fast, but probably gonna meet her again.

Day 6:
Running out of energy. Went to Gangnam and got rejected and Arena (too bad cause the girls there looked hot as shit). Also didn't get into Club Mass because for the first time they insisted that I show my passport. Took a cab to Iteawon. Only one bar was open. Girls here were hotter than I expected. 70% Koreans and 30% foreigners. Was sober so I didn't approach anyone. But gonna come back here since I saw some guys pulling and girls giving me looks.


My overall experience so far: Don't go clubbing in Hongdae. While many pretty girls, the English level is low and the girls are too young.
If you want high chances to get laid go to Itaewon if you don't speak Korean. Girls are on average not as hot as in Gangnam but you'lol find 8 & 9s if you keep looking.
Gangnam has by far the hottest girls and I can recommend Octagon just because of the pure number of hot girls to choose from. It's also very foreignfriendly.
I'll personally keep going to Gangnam because I made it a challenge for myself to get one those K-Pop idol looking Gangnam girls. But since NB doesn't exist anymore I'll try Itaewon during the weeks and Octagon on weekends.

I'll post my next update soon. Not sure if I am going out again tomorrow since drinking 5 days straight really sucked up my energy. Gonna update this post with pictures and so an when I am back home.

Yes I know what old Korean song club you're talking about. I went once and left after like 5 min (I grew up in the USA so no idea about that kind of music)

NB2 is a shitshow on the weekend (sooo many people/so crowded)

I think I mentioned this on here somewhere but IMO Hongdae is not good for pickup since the girls are too young - why this is bad: they are too shy/inexperienced in terms of sex. Off the top of my head I think I've only pulled once from there (granted I don't go there a lot since I like Gangnam more)
- there is one place that might be good if you're foreign. Not gonna post it here because I think it is still "off the beaten path"
-- Though if you're foreign, Hongdae/Itaewon are probably your best bet. I would say in Hongdae, I've seen the most foreign guys with normal/attractive Korean girls (but at the same time they're usually good looking themselves aka they probably wouldn't have a problem in Korea or anywhere really)

Yep IMO Octagon is the only club you can really go to as a foreigner in Gangnam. Other places are too Korean (I haven't been everywhere though)

I saw you are 5'7 tall. Of course "anything is possible" and everyone has that "short friend who gets mad pussy" but realistically, being taller puts you at an advantage. I'm average/short 5'9 but if I wear shoe inserts to -> ~5'11/6 the response is different. I'm gonna keep saying it and I'm guessing only a few people will listen - height is important - especially x100 in Korea

In terms of getting numbers, I generally don't do that - I go for it that night.. for a variety of reasons

100% agree stay out of Hongdae. I'm 25 and I feel old there. Korean chicks there are too young and shy and just ain't ready. Also went to NB2 once on a weekend and it was just way too packed. The only benefit I can see to Hongdae is you get a lot of SE asian and Taiwanese tourists staying there, along with some exchange students. If you went after them you might have some success but it aint worth it and they mostly have busted faces.

In Itaewon try these places:
Glam bar/Prost (good quality, easy to approach, place to go from Sunday to Wednesday. On Fri and Sat nights go later on when it is less crowded and the girls are drunk and look for the chicks dancin on the small dancefloor downstairs. I pulled a 7 within 10 mins from there after walking home from Soul Train at 3 or 4am on a Sat night. Walked her home to the apartment nearbyand started fucking her in the kitchen.

Thursday Party - lotta trashy girls but you get some classier ones, 7s and 8s here who have studied abroad and are looking for foreigners. Drinks are cheap so girls get drunk. Pretty easy to take a 6 home from here.

Soul Train - Fri and Sat nights this little place gets packed and plays some good music. The quality and ratio is low overall but the girls that come here are down and the guys have no game so you'll prolly find a couple slutty 6s or 7s. More of a place to hit with friends, sometimes it has a cover and I would not pay. But if no cover you can duck in have a look and approach every girl within 10 or 15 min and see if anything sticks.

Fountain - Only been here solo once and I didn't pull from here but there are some gorgeous classy chicks who are drinking and having a good time and easy to approach. They aren't shy of foreigneras. Good ratio, lotta girls. Doesn't really have a dance floor. I'm keen to go back here with a good wing on a Fri or Sat.

Club Owl - don't go there.

B1 - I've been a few times and I like this club, 2 dance floors one for EDM and one for RnB, and the quality pf the girls is high. But for the most part the Korean girls here don't wanna talk to foreign guys. Hang around at one of the tables the bar by the entrance or approach girls at these tables and ask for a light. I pulled from here but it was when a slutty horny Korean American accountant chick (6 - pretty face but too skinny for me) from LA visiting family just approached me, asked for a light. She was with her cousin who had a gyopo korean american guy with her (thought it was her cousins boyfriend). Took her back to my place in Gangnam, she was a freak. Club Mute - I haven't been here but the girl a pulled from Prost had been in there earlier..could be some down chicks inside.

Gold Bar - only wandered in here at 6 or 7am as a last resort...don't do it, terrible ratio and talent. Maybe earlier in the night it could be acceptable but don't aste your time. If you haven't pulled by 5am and Thursday Party and Prost are already dying down, I'd just head to Octagon.

Cakeshop - Haven't been in, huge lineup at 2am on a Sat night when I had a look. Chicks are pretty down with foreign guys here I've heard. Thursday night events there would be worth checking out I think.

I think Seoul is hugely underrated as a pickup city. Jakarta Manila Bangkok get a lot of attention but for me I find Seoul a goldmine for the easiness and quality of the girls. I took a lot of advice from this thread and know some very basic korean but can't string a sentence together and it pays off big - I'll list some of the best ords and phrases to know once I get time. I'm usually too lazy for online game in Seoul and it's not necesaary but you can easily set up a date with a tinder girl, have her pay for your dinner, get the bang (logistics is key), and then head out after for nightgame and pull another.

Dressing up in a nice suit will probably help here, but that's not natural for me and I prefer to wear a nice v-neck and show off the muscles a little. I make up for that with good style/accessories - nice shoes or boots (no sneakers), decent watch, some little wood bracelets I got from HnM (when chicks ask I tell them they have some religious meaning, Catholic or buddhist, and joke that I'm a good boy).

I read some advice in this thread or another that Korean girls don't like cocky attitudes and that you should be humble. Yet I found with the younger generation of girls, if I gave a compliment eg. you got a nice body, nice hair, they will come back and joke "I know!" or "I know myself". So I with the younger girls if I get a compliment I will always say "I know" or "I know myself" and they eat it up. With the girls over 30 you have to be more careful using this and make sure they know you were kidding if you do use it.

Ok so here is the second part of my South Korea report. I went to Taipei in between and I have the quality of the chicks is not comparable to what you have in South Korea. On the other the girls were much easier to game and way more open to foreigners. But anyways, here the second part:

Back in Korea First night out (Club Mass, Arena, Prost):
I wanted to go to Arena for the first time after reading about it here (it was Sunday, Halloween) and they would ask me on the door if I had a table. The bouncer told me that I could only get in if i had a table. I saw a group of American chicks that were dressed up for Halloween that also didn't get in. I don't think he didn't let me in because he didn't like me or I was not dressed well enough (I was wearing a suit) but I think that night they just didn't want any foreigners in. One of the American chicks could speak Korean and tried to make a reservation for a table on the spot via phone. The guy on the phone said that it would not be possible to make a reservation if there is no Korean with us. I didn't intend to get a table with the girls anyways but it was interesting to see how racist that place actually is. But I would get my chance to see this place later on...

Anyway, I take a cab with the American chicks to club Mass. The bouncer tells me that I could only get in with my passport. First time this happened to me in South Korea. The girls go in and I take a cab to Iteawon. By this time it was like 1am.
At Itaewon i see Prost Bar for the first time. It was about to end, but it looked like a nice spot to pick up girls that want to meat foreigners. But I am more of a clubber, so i didn't go there again during this trip. Also I was really tired by the time I got there. Maybe next time. Night ended and I didn't do shit except for finding out that Arena is as racist as they say and Club Mass seems to be one of the only ones that is open every day.

Second night out (Club Mass):
It is Tuesday so I decide to go to club mass, since i don't know any other place that is open on Tuesdays and I don't want to go out in Hongdae anymore as mentioned in my last post. At Mass I see this two chicks coming in. One like 6 but her friend was pretty hot, I'd say 8. I approach and they speak decent English. We have some drinks together and the hotter one says she is worried because no one is approaching her friend. Some Korean guys come but she doesn't seem to like then. Meanwhile my chick gets pretty drunk and we start dancing for a bit. I turn her around a start to grind with her and she keeps telling me how dirty that would be. Her friend was dancing with a Korean dude by that time who just grabbed here and started grinding in Korean manner. She excuses her self to the restroom and I wait. It took forever for her to come back (maybe she threw up?). When she was back she seemed totally fucked. She would go upstairs to the table of some dudes. I'll try to stop her and make her come back downstairs with me, but she says some shit like that her friends (some Korean dudes) got a table and they paid a lot of money for that and that she needed to go. Usually i'd let it go, but i could pretty mad cause she would drink my drinks without any hesitation before being summoned to that table. I'll go up, befriend the guys on the table and continue to game her. The guys don't mind, but it seems like she didn't want to be seen with me in front of them. A kiss on the cheek, a goodbye and game over. I did some more approaches but they all fail.

Third, fourth and fifth night out (Club Mass, Octagon, Arena):
I met up with a guy I met in Taipei. We meet at the Prost Bar, but we are both not really feeling it, especially because of this stupid ordering system (one cashier only at the bar where you can order. Takes forever to get a drink). We go to a place called B1 i assume. It's right in front of the metro station. No entry, but empty as fuck. We have some drinks and take a cab to Club Mass. Now something would start I experienced for the rest of this trip to SK: It seems like some higher power suddenly told all Koreans that you should avoid foreigners like a plague because from here on no approach would work anymore. I don't think it was because the opener, because in most cases i couldn't even deliver it. The girls would turn away the moment they see me. That guy I was with had the same experience and I saw in Taipei that his game seems to be pretty on spot normally.

The next day I had a table reserved at Octagon with the guy and 3 of his friends. All of them were white, one relatively tall and good looking (In comparison:I look also white, but middle eastern). Same shit as the night before. We wouldn't even get a girl to drinks with us on our table. Again, I don't think that's due to bad game, looks or fashion. That was plane racism there. We had a Korean friend with us. He managed to get some girl to the table. But many would leave as they saw that he is with foreigners. to be fair I have to add that I was very tired that day and got too drunk a bit too early.

The day after that I had a table at Arena with the same group of guys. First of all: I can confirm what whiteknight said. Holy shit the girls are hot here. Never seen anything like that before in my life. It was pretty alright as we started (at 1) but around 2 it would get horribly packed. It was so packed that even going to the restroom was annoying as shit. Dancing? Impossible. You would just be kick and hit by the crowd and sometimes even burned by cigarettes. They let in way too many people. I hated it. Anyway: we try to approach in groups of two. By ourselves. Teamed up with Korean dudes. No fucking chance. Reactions were even extremer than at Mass. You walk up and they turn away or their faces changes from smile to annoyed the moment they see you approaching. I saw some other foreigners there as well but they seemed to have the same experience. After not being able to even chat with a girl (they for the other 4 guys) and the place getting even more packed, I started to get sick of the EDM music combined with so much racism. Btw many of the girls pretended not to speak English but I am pretty sure 50% of them could. I left around 5. Some of the other guys stayed until 8 and said the the club continued to get more packed and that it could a bit better as most people there were pretty drunk around that time.

I received a PM from Tweezy before who told me not to go to Gangnam and I gotta say he was right. And so was everyone else who said it. While it is tempting again: DON'T go to Gangnam if you are not a Korean dude. The girls here are by far the hottest and the clubs by far the best. But this is a place made from Koreans for Koreans and foreigners are tolerated but marginalized. The Korean guys did a pretty good job in teaching their girls that they are sluts that no Korean guy wants anymore if they are seen even talking to a foreigner. This is my third time in Korea. While it was always difficult, I have never experienced it like this before. I don't mind rejections, it's part of the game. But what I experience here was just racism and it was frustrating to deal with. Then again my favorite club in Gangnam were I pulled the last two times closed. For some reason that club was not as bad the others.

I was positively surprised by Itaewon. It looked much better than the first times I have been to Korea. I saw many guys I'd consider much worse looking than me with going home with pretty girls. However, you will not find the super hot Gangnam chicks with their sexy dresses and plastic boobs here. Maybe once in a while, but definitely not as many as in Gangnam. I was hoping that Gangnam would lead to results just because of the mere amount of hot girls there to choice from. But I guess I was wrong. Next time I am going to Korea I will avoid Gangnam (maybe I'll check out Octagon one more time cause I just like the setup of the club) but I am going to stick to Itaewon and I would recommend any not Asian looking foreigner to do the same. Hongdae might be an option as well, but I think the likelihood to get a girl that you meet here to go home with you is pretty low. Many Korean chicks around the age of the crowd there are virgins or only fucked with one guy in their lives. I haven't tried the foreign bars like Thursday Party at Hongdae yet. But again, I prefer clubs over bars, especially when rolling solo.

I still had a good time because it was just fun to game there and I just love the nightlife of this city. I also got two bang the Korean girl I matched on Tinder twice and lucky we me she was amazing in bed. She spent a year in the US and was a Itaewon type of girl (took me there on our first date). While she was not one of the 8ts or 9s of Gangnam, she was a solid 7. Not sure if you can find the Gangnam looking girls in Itaewon though.

PS: Absolutely no luck at 1km. Did anyone who doesn't speak Korean ever got a reply?

Btw for your logistics:
There is an app called Yanolja Hotel Motel search which is perfect if you quickly need to find a motel nearby.
Search for 야놀자 - 모텔, 호텔, 할인, 바로예약, 검색 (필수어플) in your App Store. I found the App in the German App store too. Once you open the app tap the circle in the middle of the top row and it will show you all motels including rates close by. That app could have saved me a lot of trouble on Halloween if I knew it before.
I gotta add to my previous post, that this time I didn't do any dancefloor approaches. The last 2 times I have been there I was rather successful with that. Reading whiteknight's post staying later and screening the dancefloor for girls that might be DTF might also be a good idea for the next time.
