But...Abroad is a different story, though I have banged my share of Russians (LTR included), Ukrainians and Moldovans, I noticed that to a certain type of girls, my skills are hurtful, since some go abroad to runaway from the brute Russkoes and get some western dick and do not want a russified westerner, and others put a guy immediately in the hunter/player category, no matter how good the backstory. But still many like it, and this skill improves your SMV.

One would get the impression sometimes from posts in here that Russian is almost mandatory in Ukraine to achieve results. People told me when I first visited "Why are you going there? you don't speak Russian" when I arrived it was like a Bang conveyer belt.

Also the guys posting "If I visit West Ukraine won't I have to speak Ukrainiannnn?" NO, and if you don't speak Russian, probably best of all SPEAK ENGLISH for fucks sake, they love it

It really comes down to work ethic and how long you plan on staying.

Every guy is going to have a different experience.
Although learning Russian in that environment does give you more confidence and makes it easier to have better conversations which is the building block of game.

There are multiple paths to success in Ukraine.
And like anything else, Russian isn't mandatory...However think about a Spanish guy who speaks no English visiting New York to meet girls...after a while he's going to want to learn the language.

When I was in Kiev, I met and got numbers from girls who spoke no English with my (very) limited Russian.
However it was awkward and tough to have that buttery smooth conversation like in English.

When you come to Kiev you should prepare for every scenario so you can get the most out of your time spent there.

If you know Ukraine... can you fathom why a beautiful, slim, young, non-damaged good, woman who speaks good English (sure hint that her family is not poor and could send her abroad, but anyway, she herself could go abroad by her own means), would still be in Ukraine, unless she is the official girlfriend or even wife of a rich man himself having business in Ukraine (or unless she's under 20 and has not yet decided to leave, but will soon)?

I said at least basic English. Most speak decent English in Kiev. Outside of Kiev it's a different story. For example, I did a day game session yesterday. Every single girl spoke some level of English. They all learn it in school.

I'm going to a private movie theatre tonight with a hot 24 year old lawyer that speaks perfect English tonight. She has no desire to leave Ukraine (right now anyway).

Most people in general like to stay in their home country, hot women included. It's where their friends and family are. It's where they're most comfortable. I don't get this idea that just because a girl is hot and speaks English she'll automatically want to jump ship. I've met too many Ukrainian girls that tell me otherwise.

Russian will at least triple anyones success there in my out of the ass estimation.

Theres a very sizable portion that doesnt speak english (and these are often very fun easy going girls)

Then theres those who speak some english but its just annoying to them which ruins the vibe of the interaction

Then theres those who speak passable english but all the nuances of your game and speech will be lost.

All of these further reduce your pool.

Theres still plenty left, but still.

Yes, some girls speak English, it is true, but my point is that Russian is not overstated, quite the opposite. Cambodian is legit, I know from common people, but I am a living proof of improved results (there and abroad) by speaking a considerable amount of Russian (not fluent though).

And personally speaking, I have more fun with non-English speakers. Both in and off the sack.

Depends on the age group you are talking about, personally speaking I work with predominately with 18-21 year olds

I find your view a bit shallow to think all attractive women over 21 have either left the country or married an Oligarch

Have you considered that some women may be intelligent and have a decent job, and/or actually have a solid family that they don't want to break from?

You have to wonder about Ukrainian women, especially over the 25 mark, that are attractive, single and don't appear to have a decent job. If they are staying in Ukraine then they have to find a guy with money otherwise they need to GTFO out of dodge.

Also many of the hottest chicks in Ukraine don't speak English because they don't have to, their looks is their biggest selling point. Some hotties speak perfect English though, due to modelling contracts, various sponsors from abroad etc.

One opportunity that you get in Kiev, that you don't always see in other places, is that there's such a broad spectrum of women. There are just so many attractive girls in the city walking around that you really don't feel the need to exclusively hunt for perfect 9's and 10's

And after coming from Kiev, it almost seems like the 8,9,10 scale is based more on scarcity...especially in places where it really is hard to find lots of attractive women to date. There's just so many attractive women in Kiev that it starts to matter less.

As a result, the girls tend to be more consistently normal...i.e most of them want a better life sure but they're open to any guy who they can gave a good vibe with and isn't going to pump and dump them...that's just a waste of time for them... Hence the interrogations and the three date rule and the lack of a hookup culture.

If Ukraine were more "westernized" and had more money flowing in their economy, you'd probably see more of a hookup culture and all the problems that come with western society. (i.e women dressing less sexy and obesity)

This hasn't been my experience. As always, a combination of looks, style, game and social skills are necessary. I don't see the point in pursuing average women in FSU where 7s are abundant. 9s are a different story but 7.5s are attainable, if you are able to pull this quality in your home country.

Yes. I went there for 2 consecutive weekends on a train from Kiev. BTW great train service, fast and pretty modern.

I did surprisingly well and liked the city a lot. My only SNL on that trip in Ukraine happened in Lviv although the LMR was epic. 3 hours of struggling and fighting mentally on every step of the stairs to my apartment on the 2nd floor

Speaking Russian will help unless you are Turkish, most of the Turkish students speak fluent Russian, not that it does them any good. When was last time you saw a Turk with a top class piece of ass? Never, except when he's paying a lot.
