Anyway here is my experience in Ukraine.

In Kiev I didn't get any result so far. There are a few problems: lack of english speaking girls, lack of interest in foreigners by hot girls, lack of social connections (ukrainian guys meet girls mainly through their social circles) and also guys in Kiev aren't as ugly as people claim them to be.
I get eye contact walking down the streets but it's mainly from 6s...8s and above don't look at anybody. I usually see them in shopping centers (Gulliver, Mandarin Plaza ecc) and subway stations with good looking guys about the same age. Or sometimes (much rarely) I see them with some older dudes but with serious money. Anyway it's not true that these girls don't care about looks or they care less than western girls. They seem to like tall guys with a robust/large frame and a nice face.
The best places for daygame are: Gulliver shopping center, Khreschatyk Street and Indipendence Square (especially on weekend when it's closed off to traffic), Hidropark and the various swimming pool (City Beach Club, Bora Bora Beach, OlmecaPlage, Dnipro Riviera, Trukhaniv complex).
For nightlife check Dali Park, D Lux, City Beach Club, The Bar, Famous restaurant and dancing Terrace, Naive.
All in all I don't think Kiev is an easy city or a pussy heaven, far from it. The hottest girls don't care about foreigners.

I've also been to Lviv and it's much better. Guys are very ugly on average (probably only 10% of them are true competition), the city is beautiful, girls are much more easy going and down to earth and prices are lower. I got eye fucked A LOT. Almost every girls looked at me in a way that it was clear she wanted me to open her. Even girls that were with their boyfriends. Some girls came sitting on benches next to me and started talking to me or wanted me to open them.
The main place to be (for daygame) is Svobody Avenue. It's a boulevard with benches on both sides and you can see all the girls walking past and checking you out, it's a huge boost for your self esteem!
The downside of Lviv is that girls aren't as beautiful as in Kiev. You rarely see 9's and 10s, but many 6s and 7s. Still good, though.
You can go to Lviv (from Kiev) taking the intercity plus Train that leave around 6:45 a.m (don't remember exactly) and arrive in Lviv around 12:00. The price for a first class seat is around 500 UAH.

Tomorrow I'll go to Kharkiv for a couple of days to see what's going on in there. I heard mixed review so I'll go checking it out. Then I'll be back in Kiev.

Getting eye contact I believe is very important, not only does it make your approaches easier, but it's also good for your confidence.

Yes Lvov has the highest rate of eye-fucking in Ukraine probably, with Odessa having the lowest, and Kiev and Kharkov in the middle. The only issue is that the girls in Lvov tend to do it in a childish way, many of them are inexperienced and getting the result is tough work, too many coffee dates and pigeon talk.

Agree also that Lvov has the worst looking guys, with Odessa the best(no gay), and Kiev middle. A lot of guys work out in Odessa, whereas in Lvov you almost see no guys in shape, although there are more gyms sprouting up. People in Odessa also have more of an ethnic mix than in Lvov

Enjoy Kharkov, the girls are a tough nut to crack there, although they are tall and very beautiful. Many good new restaurants, bars and cafes there these days and the prices lower than in Lviv even. If you are into clubs then you have Plazma which has young drunk sluts, and at the opposite end of the scale Bolero club which has hot 20 somethings. If you are more into daygame you should try the big park near Universitet Metro, and Pushkinskaya street.

The only thing I disagree with is some things about Kiev, I believe it is a pussy heaven for many. Granted the top shelf girls don't care about foreigners, and there's no reason they should, if you are a young and hot girl in Ukraine you have no worries in life. Also many foreigners are happy to have an unlimited amount of cute and young 7's, a 30's or 40's guy can bang a young perky breasted 18yr old student in Kiev without too much effort, that would be tough work in many other places in the world.

Didn't get any result. But I was in Lviv for only two days and I didn't go there to bang girls, I was there just to check out the city and the girls. It's the same for Kharkiv, I'll go there for a couple of days...then if I like what I see, I'll come back later for a longer stay.
In Lviv I could, without doubt, bang some girls, but it takes time...those are not girls you can bang after a couple hours of meeting them. There is zero hook up culture, only dating culture.

Getting eye fucked walking down the street is very very important. It's a sign a girl is interested in getting to know you. In Kiev I get eye fucked much less than in Lviv and it's understandable because in Kiev there are much more good looking guys, guys with money ecc so they don't care about foreigners (and I definitely look foreigner considering I'm italian and I have a classic mediterranean look)

Moreover, I'm not using dating apps so far. I'm trying to meet girls through daygame and nightgame. That's even more difficult

Thank you for adding Odessa in the conversation. I still don't know if I should go there. I read that in touristy places like Ibiza, Itaka ecc there are lots of scams and prices are outrageous. Also accommodations is very expensive...I don't know if it's worth it.

As for the rest yes, in Lviv you definitely need some dates to bang a girl. But I'm okay with that...if a girl is hot it's well worth it. In Kiev I got the feeling that even speaking fluent russian hot girls will remain unapproachable unless splashing out lots of money.

I actually don't agree. If it's ingrained in the culture 9s and 10s should also lock eyes with you and check you out but they don't.
Moreover I was in Lviv with a guy met in another forum and he couldn't get eye contact.

The biggest cost in Ukraine in Odessa is accommodation, other prices are slightly lower than in Kiev perhaps.

Even in Ibiza club a Mojito is about 145 UAH, not bad for what is regarded as a fancy place.

If you avoid Arcadia altogether you will save a lot of money, the investment/reward ratio is not favourable there

You are better doing daygame and hitting the hipster bars

That was two years ago prices at Itaka, from the Itaka website (when grvn was at 16 for 1 € - and as you maybe know, Itaka is 20% cheaper than Ibiza):

This year, they have, as all venues in Odessa, raised their prices tremendously. At Steakhouse, the Filet Mignon that was at 160 UAH two years ago is now at 350.

No need to spread wrong info just to be controversial or have the last word, some RVFers could go there and expect 5 € mojitos - and have a bad surprise.

Do you really think that Ibiza menu is ten years out of date? I was there last week, I was drink red bull vodkas for 105 uah, exactly what's on the menu. So there's some first hand info.

What they have done a lot in Ukraine, is keep prices the same but decrease measures. As you will notice from my link the Mojito has only 265 ML.

That steak price seems about right, unfortunate for those locals being paid in Grivnas, cheaper still for tourists.

You can have both in Odessa: cheap (but fun) nights (and days), and expensive (fun also) nights... There are lots of venues that are not expensive (for food and drinks), and some places, like of course Itaka or Ibiza in Arcadia, are much more expensive, obviously. I mean, the city (being quite big and diverse as to its prices and quality of life) has things to offer to all kinds of travelers. My best advice would be, have a car: Guaranteed pussy winner, and of course opening lots of possibilities (beach or bar hopping...)!

As for the other 2 points: Take the more southern part of the country.
It s nicer weather in spring. And if you speak decent Russian why spoil your fun by going to the regions where Ukrainian is gathering more and more influence.
Your bet is: Odessa for big city, party, beach and relaxed atmosphere.
Dnipro or Zaporizhja for big industrial cities with wonderful girls and very few foreigners. Cherson, Nikolajev, Kirovograd or Mariupol for experiences off the beaten track. Also consider a stepover to Chisinau or even Tiraspol for some days.

I agree, although I would not discount Western Ukraine altogether, I have had some of my best sexual experiences there; Chernovtsy, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Ivano Frankovsk, Rovne, even Lvov.

In Lvov people can be rather conservative and superior, but go to the smaller, less religious cities and you have many hot students who have not much to do for their summer holidays....
