Anyone know a good private detective agency in Manila? I was thinking about hiring someone to investigate a couple of the girls I'm dating to make sure they are not cheating during the week, and keep an eye on things when I'm traveling.

I'm guessing it wouldn't be too pricey. Also, might set up a keyboard logger on my p.c. as well.

Seems like it's legit, although who knows for sure with online. I do think it's a good idea to do your due diligence about the girls you are dating, esp. in a foreign country. To leverage my advantage of high intelligence and some extra cash.

You may be highly intelligent in some areas of life, but if you feel the need to hire a PI to know about the women you are dating then this is an area you need more development in.

I mean, I understand if you have a fiancee or wife and don't cheat on her yourself, maybe consider having children with her and buying a house in her name, then perhaps it makes sense make sure she is loyal, maybe even hire an investigator. But you are not in an exclusive relationship with any of those girls. Don't you think it's unfair to expect them not to cheat on you? I don't mean to be a white knight here on RVF, but the level of entitlement of some of the players out there is astounding. But then, I don't live in the Phils, so maybe that's why I'm struggling to understand this.

They say all is fair in love and war. Some men have agreements, even if it's implicit, that the woman must be exclusive but he doesn't have too.

Guys who are going to Cebu should check out red planet also known formerly as Tune hotels. I paid 25 bucks a night for a nice albeit small room. Right next to the Ayala mall and a 7-11. Very up to date it's just that you won't be doing much in the room besides fucking.

I realized a couple months ago, if you want to be a top tier player, you need a set of nuts to do things like this. Doing what everyone else is doing is a way to be very average. I'm willing to thing outside the box and try things others won't do. I'm just simply gonna ask some guy to watch my girls apartment during the week when I'm banging the other ones. So for 5 days. 2 sources. To get a confirmation. A lot of guys think that they can go with their gut, but the truth is, when you travel out of the country, there's a good chance you are gonna get cheated on if you are doing this with several women. Maybe you can figure out. Some probably can, but also, many can't. Many say they can or think they can, but they are often wrong. Like I said, traveling all over the world is gonna make it pretty likely some girls in your harem are gonna cheat. Let's say you have 10. At least one will cheat. Yeah, and it's very hard to go back to the way of doing things in the Western culture, after being out here in SE Asia for almost a year. I don't know if I'm ever gonna move back there again. It's just so much feminism, and I didn't even realize until about a year or 2 ago.

If I wasn't already here, I would be seriously motivated to get out here soon. That's for sure!

Cheers for the tip. I was thinking of staying there a few days until I found a better condo. I have a list of about 20 or so hotels/condos that I need to filter down. I'm going to have a look around when I am actually on the ground. Tune has A+ logistics being next to Ayala but can't stand rooms that are really, really small.

Is it only my impression or you are going to fuck mostly pros and semi-pros in j ave for free? And that's the reason why you can fuck there that much?

Just came back from 2 weeks in the Phils
I went there looking for a bit of R&R as well as to seek out a business opportunity
Unfortunately my business meeting was short and to the point, I placed all my eggs in the one basket, so next time I'll do a lot more preparation
Spent a week in Cebu and a week in Manila

Thoughts on business opportunities
Both Cebu and Manila have all the physical attributes like:
Cheap labour costs with educated English speaking friendly people
Decent 4 star accommodation at very decent prices
International airport
Business hubs

R&R
In general Women are very friendly and 'encouraging' (I have very little game)
There seemed to be more attractive women in Cebu than Manila and being 50 it didn't stop me from getting plenty of numbers, youngest was 18 and undoubtedly a virgin so I didn't follow through
To set myself appart from the plethora of middle aged males that seems to be in every bar, I did a few simple things
1) went to the Barbers and got my look tuned
2) Went to Alya Mall and purchased some classy clothes
3) Smiled a lot

So with a little work on my appearance I got hit on at least twice a day, ended up with three notches with multiple visits, my last friend was a solid 7 with unbelievable well proportioned large sized breasts for such a slim girl(45Kg dripping wet)

In Manila, I stayed at Red Planet Makati, nice budget hotel with decent internet and close to good food and nightlife
Taxis will try to rip you off so be warned
Greenbelt mall is amazing and worth a visit
If you like Chinese food, theres a place two doors down from David's Tea House (on corner of Gurrero Ave Makati Ave) that's unbelievable and reasonably priced

First timer in the Phils...

Spent about 10 days between Manila, Alona Beach, and Cebu.

In Manila, I stayed in a apartment near Ayala. I was able to both walk to get food and take a short cab ride to the mall. Other than visit a friend in Forbes Park , troll malls, and see the WW2 memorial there really isn't much to do as far as daytime activities. I never got a chance to go out in Manila because I was too busy being entertained. Other than that, just tell these taxi drivers to turn on the meter. If they don't then just move on to the next one.

Next, I flew to Tagbliran and then took the trike to Panglao Island. I stayed about a 25-30 minute walk from Alona Beach with some resort that really didn't cater to single men who enjoyed partying. That was def my fault as I found plenty of air con/fan rooms available that were right on the beach for only 1k pesos a night. I ended having to jump on the back of a bike for 20 pesos a ride everytime just to get a ride. I spent most of my time there doing tours during the day and relaxing on the beach.
I did go out one night but didn't have success. I met a local there who worked at a bar and we agreed to meet up after her shift but that didn't work out. Tried to get a few girls to come down to Tagbilaran but they could only come during the weekend.
I didn't see much local talent there during the few days I was there. There were a few western girls but I didn't really spit any game on them. I know its more of a laid back island and I went during the beginning of the week but I found it to be mostly couples and groups of dudes at bars. I'll def take a chick with me next time. Nonetheless, the beach and islands were stunning.

Other than the mall and J Ave I didn't do much besides eat, go on dates , and spend one night partying at J Ave. I kinda wish I would of just based myself out of Cebu and spent time at Mactan Island/Alona beach instead of flying in Manila at least in terms of fun activities to do during the day.

I enjoyed eating Filipino food at the non low end places. It's just that theres clearly a lack of vegetables that accompany meals. Pipelined ahead of time with FC. Once I got the number I asked for extra pictures and plugged there numbers into FB. Almost every girl's number I got was easily searched through FB. So I just screened the girls with that technique. I didn't really go out of the way to search for girls and message them as I just waited for them to come to me.

Girls ages were 20,22,32,26, and 23. Quality was a mixture of 6/7s.

I use a hot water maker for most of my water needs. I boil the water then put it in a pitcher after it cools. I do get service water when I'm out and it's been fine so far. I'm not too worried. In the past I would take an anti-diarrheal but I've been good so far this time (knock on wood). If you've got the time, I would get your hepatitis A vaccination just to be sure.

When you're out, always check to see if there's a service charge before leaving a tip. Otherwise you're tipping twice. Not directly obvious if you're from the US and not used to that sort of thing.

Taxi drivers and others will often claim to know an area even when they don't to avoid embarrassment, conflict, or just to get you in the car. If they don't look absolutely sure then give as many clarifying details as possible. It pays to know well known local landmarks around the areas you want to travel. Uber makes things much less painless, and Grabtaxi in a pinch. Very much worth the unlimited data load in my opinion. If traffic is bad, catching a moto will get you where you're going way faster. They only stop at red lights. There are also lots of buses traveling up and down EDSA for very cheap. I went to Caloocan from Makati for <250php for 2 people. They're pretty safe in my experience but I usually dress down and stay aware of my valuables. Best to travel with a Filipina if you're taking public transportation. FX vans are probably OK solo if you know where you're going. I've only used Jeepneys when traveling with locals. It's often faster to walk than go by car during rush hour. I know the way from the edge of ayalla triangle park to SM makati in my sleep now.

If you're staying in Makati theres some amazing Sushi in the little tokyo area. Ortigas area of Mandaluyong/Pasig has great Korean food. SM Megamall in that area also recently opened up a skating rink. Was about PHP700 for 2 days passes during a promo deal. The pair of skates were awful, but tolerable. Lots of girls here have never tried it and would love to go. Same with bowling. Still plenty to do in Manila in my opinion. Almost 3 weeks straight and still not bored.

They're not addresses, they're suggestions. Lots of places will have addresses listed that are approximate but wrong. They won't list hours of operation, the numbers will often be old and disconnected, or ring forever, and so on. Customer service is awful. Very frustrating when making plans. I'm trying to go direct from Manila to El Nido but can't get ahold of anyone by phone or email to confirm the terminal. Gonna have to wing it (pun intended).

Bring lots of condoms from home. I've had multiple ones break on me, 2 in one night once. Pleasure place on Makati and Jupiter sells them, but for 100PHP/ea (>$2/ea). Also bring some silicone based lubricant as its hard to come by. Be careful with these women, they will come home in an hour of meeting and do everything in their power to convince you to rawdog. For sure they doing this with every foreigner who comes through town.

If you're going to get a mani/pedi (I used to get it with clear polish to bring my grooming to the next level. Not uncommon for men in Asia), avoid the super cheap places. I've heard cases where people have caught serious blood transmissible diseases because the places failed to sterilize their equipment. When they scrape away dead skin on the sides of your nails, it's not uncommon to break the skin.

Speaking a little Tagalog opens doors in a big way. I've been invited to christenings and to family fiestas and Pinays feel proud "showing me off" because of my limited tagalog abilities. It's a small time investment to learn some basic humor, slang, and logistical phrases for a huge payoff. It often brings expressions of amazement, intrigue with women, and many hours of laughs from inside jokes. Its a small token of respect for a people whose English skills are often taken for granted. Maybe it's also in my head but I think it also makes you appear less naive, and less likely to be taken advantage of or targeted. I can share some good jokes and phrases later if anyone is interested. I'm tossing around whether to make a Philippine cultural thread when I'm back home, or I might just make a series of posts here or in calwinston's thread.

Lots of guys here have fantastic fashion. I thought I was good in this department but I'm a few years behind. If you wanna stand out as a foreigner, this should be your centerpiece in my opinion:
1) Nice, long pants. Designer dark jeans, nice chinos, or the synthetic long pants that are fashionable here. Can get them for very good prices at department stores. I got a pair of Chinos at MOA hemmed for under $30
2) Nice dressy sneakers. Think converse, not Nike. Should be monochromatic or bichromatic with flat, white soles. Keep them as clean as possible at all times. Bleach the soles if you have to.
3) Nice collared shirt. Pinoys are bringing the designer polo back. Make sure it's fitted and looks like a good material. Nice short sleeved oxford shirts also work well. Bonus points if it matches your shoes. From there you can add necklaces or watches. I take off watches on public transpo.

Mentavious, I also made the mistake of staying in Tagbilaran during my visit to Bohol three years ago, fortunately I had lots of time and only wasted two nights there before relocating to Alona beach which, as you described is pretty nice, especially for diving and chilling at the beach (not so much for gaming). For those of you considering a trip to the Visayas, its best to base yourself in Cebu at first, party there for a few days then bring your favourite girl with you to a nearby beach area (Bohol, Dumaguete, Siquijor, Malapascua, etc). At least that was what I found from my trip there three years ago, its likely still the same.

Re drinking water ..
I use a "Sawyer" portable water filter on the tap water all around Asia and the FSU, with no problems in recent years.
I previously used other brands of similar high tech filters, but they clog up after a while. The Sawyer can be back washed and they provide a million gallon guarantee.
These filters are not cheap, but probably are more economical than buying bottled water all the time.

BTW, I just arrived back in Manila for a couple of weeks if anyone wants to grab a beer or a coffee.

You're specifically targeting a demographic consisting of mostly poor, uneducated girls that spend their free time jumping between foreigners till something sticks. There's plenty of quality to be had in the Phils but they won't be on DIA eagerly waiting to hop in your bed soon as your plane lands. Banging a few online 5's and using that lot to paint your perception of ALL Pinays is ignorant as fuck.

You can call it whatever you want, but I find Korean and Japanese women more attractive on average. Just my .02.
