Cobra,

You mentioned the detrimental effect certain cultures can have in destroying a man's self confidence especially when it comes to women. Being from such a culture, i couldn't agree more. I've improved my game tremendously over the years but that early mental conditioning is to this day is my number 1 obstacle.

Could you please elaborate more on how Indian culture and upbringing has affected your progress in the game. And possibly any methods to get rid of that mentality?

I also wrote an article for Bojangles' site 3 Bromigos and created a thread with interesting perspectives that you can feel free to browse: Inside the Prejudices of an Indian Man. It's very inner game focused.

Anabasis - Cobra, I'd love to add this portion.

I obviously have roots in that culture but my upbringing might give some insight of what happen when that indoctrination breaks down and it be a positive.

Thanks.

I'm not Indian but some of those points are relevant to my conservative Ethiopian background as well.

RE: Cobra and H3ltrsk3ltr Discuss Game and Lifestyle
The way I dealt with the problem of being stuck between Western culture and a more traditional immigrant culture (I'm Indian) was to have as many different types of friends- White, Black, Asian and Indian of course, as possible so as to not be stuck in an ethnic bubble. This helped me to relate and become a part of Western culture. I grew up in Canada so I played hockey ( imagine being an Indian guy in a small Canadian town playing with a bunch of hockey rednecks in the 1970s), drank Molson Canadian and fucked around with Canadian white chicks. Helped me assimilate so to speak.

At the same time, I've always been unabashedly proud of my ethnic background and never ran from it. Fact is, many Indian guys anglicized their names to try and fit in but I never did. My attitude is If you couldn't pronounce my name then you could just fuck the hell off. Some of the more oppressive aspects of Indian culture though I completely rebelled against and luckily, my parents were pretty cool about it which helped a lot.

So for me, I embrace both cultures and havent felt that confusion in a very long time. No culture is perfect and lord knows American culture sure has its problems so I just take what I like from both and leave what I don't.

Alright gentlemen...

Most likely tomorrow evening, we'll start recording the podcast with none other than........kaotic.

The primary topic will be "Indian man game." However, exclusive of being a fellow Indian dude, he is also a player that is adept at social media game and analyzing his progress with dates to bangs etc.

I encourage you to read his posts and post any questions you have for him in this thread. We will get to as many of them as possible.

Laugh Maybe I'll give the IRT some life a brief second.

I should also state that I'm pakistani/indian, to some it's entirely different, to others its:

But feel free to ask away, this is the first time I'll be recorded, so it'll be interesting.

RE: Cobra and H3ltrsk3ltr Discuss Game and Lifestyle
Wish I saw this earlier. Here are some questions for kaotic

-How did you do with women before you found the rooshv forum?
-Were there any specific moments that transitioned you from blue > red pill?
-If you had a few sentences, what advice would current kaotic tell a young freshly post-grad kaotic?
-How do you have the drive to go on multiple dates a week? Does this cycle of work --->date with random online girl ever feel unfulfilling?
-Relating to your last LTR, how did you guys become "exclusive" (at least in her eyes)? How long did it take for her to initiate locking you down? Did you assume she was banging other guys it the meantime? I'm currently going through this and it's hard to fight the neediness with quality girls.

I'm not Indian, but I really like what you and Cobra are doing for Indian males.

If there's a Socal ROK meetup, you better come out!
