The paradox is that all this is probably literally true, but because you feel the psychological need to prove it, you end up pressing and that makes you lose your flow and lose your joy in the game. You're an athlete so you know that this can happen to basketball players, they feel like they need to prove something and all of a sudden they're pressing instead of letting the game come to them. I believe that a version of this is happening with you because of the big 4-0.

Here is one more thing, and this may seem out of nowhere but it's something I've thought about. I feel that your diet may be a little too restrictive and not sufficiently enjoyable to you, again because you are so concerned about being extra-fit, and particularly with the idea of having a "six-pack". The truth is that while it's good to be fit, it's really not necessary to have a six-pack; girls will tell you they like it, but they just say it because they think that is what guys who make the effort want to hear. It's not actually a big deal to them if you are otherwise physically attractive and have good game. But what happens is that guys get on excessively restrictive diets and don't get enough FATS, which are crucial for a man's brains and balls to be humming right, especially as you get a little older. And don't worry about allowing yourself the occasional treat, your brain needs that. One can get into a rut of being too dutiful about everything -- your food, your workouts, your approaches -- and all of a sudden you can lose the real taste for it.

In short, I think you should be inspired and instead of pressing ever harder, use your upcoming 40th birthday as an opportunity to RELAX and kick back in a certain way. You are entering a man's true prime and your goal is to enjoy it. Relax deeply and let everything in your life be refreshed; don't let excessive discipline crimp your style, allow yourself to relish the foods you love (even culturally), rediscover things in the gym that you love doing rather than are doing out of dutifulness, and think of the young pussy as something that is your player's birthright rather than something you have to prove to yourself you can still take down. Relax about all these things and let the game come to you, and I feel certain that soon enough the approaches will regain their magic touch and the freshman pussy, and much else, will follow.

Worth adding not every type of fat is created equal. Polyunsaturated fats are beneficial, whereas saturated fats are associated with global cognitive impairment. Thanks for thinking of me and taking the time to write that post. I appreciate your concern.

However, I have to say, respectfully, that you may be reading too much into my "chat logs".. They are not always an accurate representation of my psycho-emotional state.

I'm not working too hard.. I've challenged myself on a greater level..

I am going after younger and hotter girls. I decided that I will only go after 18 and 19 year old girls who are above a "7". In the past, I settled for less. Now, I refuse to settle for anything less.

I finally made it to campus on to campus early today since I was off from work and decided to go study in the library for my midterm. I bumped into an old friend and we were walking around campus catching up on life. I know they don't think logically but damn these bitches were yelling at her from a distance to comeback as if she was a pet or something. Gio, I love your attitude and sincerely hope you make it, but while I am not in your approach category, I've had the same issues with freshman girls. I can pull 19 yr olds, transfers, sophomores, all races, but am batting .000 with banging freshman girls. Makeouts, yep, but the flake rate of them is spectacularly higher than girls a year older.

Maybe it's because we're ~40, or they refuse to genuinely leave their social circle, or still like drunk frat bros, but I haven't gotten it done. Flirting is fun as you say, but if you never score, not nearly as much fun. I think you do need to lower your standards a tiny bit. Besides, you can find an 18-yr old soph if you try!

A question of definition. When does a freshman (a freshwoman, for the sake of PC?) lose her freshmanness (freshwomenness) for our purposes? I've been busy as shit all semester but I got my last final Monday and this gives me plenty of time to approach till finals end on Thursday. Woooooowwwwww Finals are finally over. Now I can relax and game bitches without worrying about my academic work.

The last day of school my final ended at night so when I got of class campus was basically dead. So I was like damn maybe I can find a few decent girls still left on campus before I head to my car. I would say from past experience though, I have done a big hug at the end of a good day game approach and usually it the girl will flake later.
