Doubt it, fatties are not inspired by much. Generally just emotionally eating. If they got inspired by anything they would have been working out a long time ago. It isn't like they add 200lbs over night. Surely, at some point the brain might say, you know maybe 10 twinkles a day is ok but the 20 I just ate in one sitting might be too much.

It is because they are defeated and thus don't give a fuck. That is why they yell and scream the loudest about being picked on. The mouth is the only trained "muscle" they have.

Bottom line a person who doesn't give a fuck, doesn't get inspired or motivated. They are unpredictable in a bad way.

Plus, if fatties started running every city would need to triple the size of sidewalks. I bet injuries would go up. Not for the fatties, but for the poor souls that fatties run into with the limited ability to control themselves.

Edit: just thinking about walls of crisco running toward me gives me the shudders.

Her freshman 15 went to the senior 40 and then on to real workplace stress induced 25 lbs extra,making a grand total of 80lbs over the high school prom svelt 110.

Every solution is one that encourages women to buy more things, when eating less is going to be much more effective for the initial weight loss on these fatties. Running probably is a bad idea for her in the long-term if she started running before she controls her calories, since it will wreck her lower body joints. She should run, but after she learns how to stop lifting the fork so much and give her ailing knees and ankles a rest.

As for the chubbies (and bigger) starting this sort of fitness regiment, they don't have to start with running - they can start with walking and then crank it up to running.

Wait, you think this broad is only 190lb? You're a very kind man, good sir.

Our super heavyweight is no less than 220lb, I can bet you.

Running is horrible for really fat girls to lose weight, because they're guaranteed to injure themselves within the first few weeks, just after working up to a bigger appetite through exercising. While recovering from the injury, they will get even fatter. Rinse and repeat.

They're better off lifting weights, walking, swimming and most importantly, eating quality foods. Running comes much later when they're down to healthy weight range.

I don't think she would be that hot, she has that "has been fat most of her life" face, which is why she runs 1 or 2 times a week instead of 4-5, because she knows it wouldn't matter.
